1. Overview

This website, dlalarugs.com, is operated by Dlala Rugs, 22 Rue des Asphodeles, 20500 Casablanca, Morocco ("we", "us"). By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

2. Products

We sell authentic handmade Moroccan rugs. Most rugs are unique pieces available in a single unit. We make every effort to show colours, dimensions and condition accurately; because each rug is handmade and screens differ, slight variations in colour, size and pattern may occur and are not defects. Vintage rugs may show natural signs of age, as described on the product page.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees, which are paid by the recipient (see our Shipping Policy). Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout through the secure payment methods displayed there; we do not store your full card details. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

4. Orders

An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. Because our rugs are one of a kind, we may cancel an order if the rug is no longer available or if we suspect fraud; in that case you receive a full refund. A free reservation made through our "Reserve this rug" form is a request for information and creates no purchase or payment obligation until you complete checkout.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, shipping costs and customs rules are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

6. Use of the site

You agree to provide accurate information when ordering and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose. All content on this site (photos, texts, logos, videos) belongs to Dlala Rugs or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
